My Favorite Healthy Eating Blogs (19 and counting!)

by Heather Robertson

I like to pull from many different blogs to create my weekly menu meal plans. So, I thought I could share my list of healthy “go to” food bloggers. That way, you can use them as a resource when you’re making up your own weekly menu plans too.

I’ve listed links to the blogs I use most often for yummy recipes and what type of nutritional information they provide, if any (e.g. Weight Watcher’s Points plus, general nutritional information, net carbs, etc.).

I hope this information will help you decide which ones will best fit your eating plan.

What are some of your favorite food blogs? Be sure to tell me in the comments below!

In no particular order, here are 19 of my fave food blogs:

After losing 170 pounds by changing her mindset, developing healthier eating habits, and making exercise part of her lifestyle, Heather decided she wanted to help others who struggled along their weight loss journey. Along with her hubby, Joel, they founded HalfSizeMe.com and the extremely popular Half Size Me Show podcast.

    Daniel made up his
mind he would not defile himself with the king’s meat and wine … Let us be
given pulses to eat, and water to drink … At the end of ten days, their
appearance was handsomer, and they were stronger, than all the youths who had
    been eating the king’s food.

This blog is really amazing. Thank you for your help, it provides really important information and it will definitely help me and the others too to have an idea on healthy eating. Just a little comment i want to add, you could have made it more attractive like the for example the colors of the blog. It would have been even more interesting to look at. Anyway good job and keep it on your good work.

This is a really nice blog. The colours you used and the lettering is too good. Having such a blog can be indeed of a great help. Nowadays people do not care about their nutrition. They just eat anything they get. They are always on fast foods which can later lead to health problems. They do not know what is eating healthy. I hope this blog can help them. Maybe you could have used more pictures so as to attract viewers and encourage them to go through it.

This is really great as I like to cook and I love varying my food. It is helpful as it helps us to be conscious about our weight and eat healthy food and if whatever we are eating is nutritious or not. Really interesting.

    Again, you can’t
connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking
backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your
future. You have to trust in something – your gut, destiny, life, karma,
whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the
    difference in my life.
