Setting Goals and Celebrating Your Achievements

In this video, I talk about running my first 5K this past weekend. It was called the “Mud Crusade.” It was difficult, but I did it.

Running a race was a goal I set for myself a long time ago. I knew that after I reached my weight loss goal, I wanted to do things that didn’t seem possible before I lost the weight.

But now, anything’s possible.

In part one of this Les Mills Pump review two-part series, I review the components of the Les Mills Pump at-home kit. I’m not a Beachbody coach and I’m not selling Les Mills Pump, so my take on it is an unbiased, objective customer review of this fitness product.

This review is intended to help you decide if the Les Mills pump workout kit is right for you. For me, I lost 170 pounds and a lot of my natural weight loss was because I took part in the Les Mills Body Pump class offered at my gym. So, I believe the program is effective as both a weight loss tool, and as a means of toning and conditioning your body.

How Les Mills Body Pump Helped Me Lose 170 Pounds

Body Pump is a weightlifting, group fitness workout offered all over the world. Participants in Body Pump choose weights based on the exercise they are performing and what their weight loss goals are. It’s all about multiple repetitions and muscle endurance.
