One of my coaching clients said to me, “I want to be bad ass.” I love her. She’s awesome. I am privileged to have the best coaching clients in the world. She’s in her 50s, and she has decided she is going to embark on weight training because she wants to reshape her body. My challenge to you is to be bad ass.
Find something that scares you, that seems out of reach, and tackle it. I always tell women, “If you want to lose weight, do cardio.” You can do cardio to lose weight. But, if you want to reshape your body, love it naked, love it in a bathing suit, you lift weights. That’s going to start to transform your physique.
When my client said she wanted to do this, I glowed, because I could see in her this drive, this passion, to be the best version of herself, the strongest version of herself.
