Refunds can only be processed for the past 60 days. If you request cancellation you should receive a notice that your account has been cancelled. If you are charged for a month (or more) after you requested cancellation and you contact us to get a refund for one or more months of payments, but have no receipt or email that you requested cancellation, we will not process your refund request.
If you are a new member and you order the three-month membership, we offer a pro-rated refund for the first month of your three-membership only. This means if you cancel within the first month of your three-month membership, and request a refund, you will get a partial refund. However, after the first month, there is no refund for the three-month membership.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL RECEIPT WITHIN AN HOUR OF JOINING, CONTACT SUPPORT@HALFSIZEME.COM TO VERIFY YOUR EMAIL IS CORRECT IN OUR SYSTEM!
It’s a rare occurrence, but occasionally we’ve had someone not receive any emails because they entered the incorrect email or had a typo in their email. If you do not receive any emails within an hour of joining, and you do not contact our support team, you will not be able to access your membership benefits (e.g. forums, Facebook group, etc.).
Half Size Me Media, LLC is not responsible for email typos or mistakes entered into our system and will not issue refunds for any accounts that do not get access to membership benefits due to typos or mistakes in email.
If the customer has made a provable effort (e.g. an email correspondence proving the costumer contacted support) to contact our customer support team to fix the problem, we will honor the refund request.
Unless the customer can show evidence of an attempt to contact our support team, Half Size Me Media, LLC reserves the right to refuse requests for refunds for any amount of time that an account is active.
