Half Size Me - Ep. 36 - Michelle's Before and after photosIn this episode of The Half Size Me Show, Heather interviews Michelle, who started a blog to chronicle her weight loss journey in 2007 called Diary of An Aspiring Loser.

Michelle struggled with her weight her entire life, and was 233.8 pounds when she began losing weight.

Then, after losing 75 pounds and having only 13.8 pounds left to reach her goal in 2008, she became pregnant with her first child. 17 months late came baby number two.

But despite setbacks, Michelle perseveres. She’s blogging about her fitness comeback  and is a testament to the power of believing in yourself and never, never giving up.

You can find out more about Michelle at Diary of a Aspiring Loser.

In this episode, you’ll hear Michelle and Heather talk about

— how to wait out a weight loss “slump”

— how to deal with the mental struggle of thinking “I deserve” this treat, dessert, etc.

— how losing weight has become all about maintenance

— and much more!
