In this episode of Half Size Me, Heather interviews Dawny Taylor, who lost 260.2 pound to reach her goal weight of 155.
She joined weight watchers on July 24, 2004, and reached her goal in April of 2012.
She became a lifetime Weight Watchers member in May of 2012.
She’s had a long journey, with plenty of ups and downs.
At one point in Dawny’s journey, she re-gained 65 pounds, but somehow she just kept hanging on.
You’ll hear Dawny talk about
— how gaining back 60 pounds was a blessing in her journey
— why she hates being asked how long it has taken to get to goal
— why she continued to attend Weight Watchers meetings even while she was gaining weight
— and much more!
This week’s quotes:
“Build up your weaknesses until they become your strong points.” —Knute Rockne
“Success is achieved by developing our strengths, not by eliminating our weaknesses.”–Marilyn vos Savant
