She’s lost 75 pounds and shares her inspiring story with you.
Amiee’s Bio: “I am a 39 year old mom, wife, night shift nurse and now I am also a runner. For as long as I can remember, I have been overweight. After having my son, I knew it was time to do something permanent. Not only to lose weight, but to develop a healthier lifestyle.
In the last six-and-a-half years, I have lost 40 pounds of pregnancy weight gain as well as an additional 35 pounds through diet and exercise. More importantly than losing weight, I have adopted new healthy habits that are here to stay.”
You’ll hear Aimee talk about
— how to make time for fitness and eating when working the night shift
— why making your health a priority over other things on your to do list
— how you can view plateaus as periods of maintenance
— and much more!
