Amiee’s Bio:I am a 39 year old mom, wife, night shift nurse and now I am also a runner. For as long as I can remember, I have been overweight. After having my son, I knew it was time to do something permanent. Not only to lose weight, but to develop a healthier lifestyle.

In the last six-and-a-half years, I have lost 40 pounds of pregnancy weight gain as well as an additional 35 pounds through diet and exercise. More importantly than losing weight, I have adopted new healthy habits that are here to stay.
