From Gwyn’s About Page on her blog: “On December 31, 2011, I joined Weight Watchers and joined Zip Fitness. I stepped on the scale weighing 293 lbs. I was overwhelmed with how much I had to lose but prepared for the task ahead of me.
I knew I wanted to live a vibrate life with my family, but my poor health was robbing me of that. My word for the year became DETERMINATION. I became determined to do what ever I had to do in order to lose weight, get fit, and get healthy.
As of May 2013, I have lost 98.6 lbs. I went from a size 24 to a size 10. I have more to go but I am excited about the path I am on. I hope to have this blog to help others to see their own weight loss journey as fun and exciting by learning new things.”
