In this episode of The Half Size Me Podcast, Heather interviews Jennifer, author of the book Shredding My Losses*!

Jennifer started a blog, journaling about the emotional ups and downs of her weight loss. Her work had such a profound effect, that she was offered an opportunity to turn it into a book.

In this episode, you’ll learn all about how Jennifer got the chance to write her book and how she

— lost 100 pounds by changing one thing at a time

— got motivated to lose weight when her daughter started school and got more active

— surrounded herself only with supportive, positive people

— and much more!

You can find out more about Jennifer at her site, ChangeOneThing.info!

About The Half Size Me Podcast

Heather lost 170 pounds (108 of it since starting Weight Watchers 18-months ago) and she did it all while having 3 children (all of them c-sections), developing two hernias, and battling a life-long addiction to food. Since achieving her goal weight, Heather has made it her mission to help other women, especially moms, realize they’re worth it too.

So, join Heather every week for The Half Size Me Podcast where she answers listener questions and interviews women who’ve learned that weight loss isn’t just about losing pounds, it’s about finding yourself. Submit your questions for the podcast by filling out the contact form here.
