Here is my weekly Weight Watchers food journal wrap up for March 10 – 16, 2012.
This is the week I switched plans!
I followed the Points Plus plan this week instead of the Simply Filling plan. I enjoyed doing it because I have been on the Simply filling plan since having my hernia operation at the end of December. It’s also the first time I’ve done something different since hitting my goal weight.
That is the longest I’ve ever been on the Simply Filling Plan. So, this week I enjoyed the freedom I felt getting to spend my points however I wanted.
The points break down
I did good this week. I have 1 of my weekly points left and I did not use any of my 31 Activity points this week!
49 weekly extra points + 31 activity points = 80 extra points earned for the week
80 extra points total Earned – 48 points used = 32 points remaining for the week
