Weekly Weight Watchers Food Journal: March 10 – 16, 2012

Weighing Scalesby Heather Robertson

Here is my weekly Weight Watchers food journal wrap up for March 10 – 16, 2012.

This is the week I switched plans!

I followed the Points Plus plan this week instead of the Simply Filling plan. I enjoyed doing it because I have been on the Simply filling plan since having my hernia operation at the end of December. It’s also the first time I’ve done something different since hitting my goal weight.

That is the longest I’ve ever been on the Simply Filling Plan. So, this week I enjoyed the freedom I felt getting to spend my points however I wanted.

 The points break down

I did good this week. I have 1 of my weekly points left and I did not use any of my 31 Activity points this week!

49 weekly extra points + 31 activity points = 80 extra points earned for the week

Then take:

80 extra points total Earned – 48 points used = 32 points remaining for the week

Please add to the comment section and let me know how you did staying on your points this week. If you feel you struggled this week, please share so I can offer support and suggestions and help you rock it this next week!

Heather, Just a quick question on your points. You may have already answered this but I thought I’d ask.. Do you use your weekly points first then your extra then you activity points? Or do you daily use you daily, then activity then weeklies? My iphone and computer uses the daily then some weeklies. When I am on pp I never use my activity. only weeklies and then I have left overs on both. Now on simply filling I use my weeklies and then activity. Does this question make sense to you?
Also I showed off my Halfsize me weight loss tracker to the group at Open House Spring Lake. Thanks!!!!!!

Thanks for the question Jodie! I do in fact understand what you are asking =) When I am on Points Plus I use my daily points, then weekly points then activity points. When I do Simply filling I use weekly points and then activity points. when I was in losing mode I tried using my activity points before my weekly points but I did not notcie any big change so I just went with the way e-tools was set up (weekly points then activity points). I am so happy to hear that the weight loss tracker is working for you keep me posted on how you are doing! I am so excited for you!
