I love making a whole turkey or ham at different times of the year because I can do so much with it in the week that I make it.
It is great for the nights you do not want to cook or you need a quick meal.

Dinner Meals

- White Northern Beans with Aji Verde sauce (tons of white beans + one frozen ham bone – This is one easy dinner!)
- Brine Turkey (I have a few extra turkeys in my deep freezer from when they were on sale in November. I think this recipie would also work with a whole chicken. But if you don’t want to cook you can get a cooked rotesserie chicken from your grocery store)
- Crockpot sweet potatoes
- green beans
- Date night (The Hubby and I are ordering out!)
- Sweet potato chilli ( I am excited to try this)
- rolls
- Spaghetti and tomato sauce
- Corn or green beans
- Turkey stir fry with brown rice
- Leftover turkey (or chicken if you made a chicken)
- Broccoli

- Teriyaki sauce

- Leftover night (We have at least one “leftover night” every week to clear out the fridge and prevent wasting food.)
Snacks
