Weekly Weight Watchers Food Journal: March 31 – April 6, 2012

Grazing Horse in the Autumn Pasture By Striking Photography by Bo via Flickr - Creative Commons Licenseby Heather Robertson

Well, if you’re wondering why I picked a picture of a horse, it’s not because I ate one. I just felt like I was grazing all week! And I couldn’t stop.

It started with Sonny’s on Saturday. Then, I got my new food processor and made a few recipes from KatieCoveredInChocolate.com. Of course, I had to “taste” them.

This was an unusual week for me, and I’ll see how it reflects on the scale Saturday. I do know that I’ll have to pull it together for next week.

It’s ok to have weeks like this as long as they don’t become an every week habit!

Please share your thoughts, successes, and struggles in the comments section below!

The points break down

I used all of my 49 weekly points but not all of my activity points.

49 weekly extra points + 43 activity points = 92 extra points earned for the week

Then take:

92 extra points total Earned – 56 points used = 36 points remaining for the week
