This week I’m one busy mamma!

I went to Multitasking Momma play dates, recorded 5 interviews for the podcast, had a photo shoot with a wonderful and amazingly-talented photographer named Jennifer Duarte, and finished reviewing an at-home exercise product that I’ll be talking about in an upcoming video.

So, since I was so busy, I didn’t eat nearly as much as I normally do. Apparently, busy mamma = no time to eat! 🙂

The points break down

I stayed well within my points this week. Here’s the breakdown:

49 weekly extra points + 32 activity points = 81 extra points earned for the week

Then take:

81 extra points total Earned – 22 points used = 59 points remaining for the week

    I love seeing what you eat (and that you include dessert :))!

    I’m down 10.8 lbs now and met my 5% goal. Thanks for keeping me inspired to continue!

      Thanks Tracy! I am so proud of you for hitting your 5%. That is a great accomplishment! As far as what I eat I do not want to live in a world where there is no dessert! It would be a sad, sad place! Keep me posted on how you are doing! You should be so proud of you!

    Thanks Tiffany for taking the time to check out my food journal. The short answer is yes. I do not eat much bread. I try and keep pasta and white potatoes to a once a week thing. I prefer to eat brown rice or sweet potatoes for my regular carb intake. However, I do love desserts and I look at it as a trade off limit the breads, potatoes and pasta and have desserts regularly. I feel better when I don’t over do the carbs. I hope this answered your question. Thanks again!
