Here is my weekly Weight Watcher’s food journal wrap up for February 18-24, 2012. I did much better this week about staying within my points range.
Between my birthday in late January and Valentine’s Day, I had too many treats. And even though I’m below my goal weight, I don’t want it creeping back up on me. So this week, I worked hard to stay within my points budget.
Of course, it would be much easier if I could just break my addiction to cool whip… 🙂
The points break down
I came under budget by 7 points!
90 points for maintnance on Weight Watcher’s Simply Filling plan + 38 Activity points earned = 128 points earned for the week
128 Points total Earned -121 Points used = +7 points for the week
Over all, I feel good that I was able to rope my eating back in. When I was heavy, a few bad weeks would turn into months, and in my case, years. I would just keep gaining weight, but I am working hard on finding the balance I need to maintain.
