Have a Happy Memorial day and enjoy some BBQ and grilling time with your family!

And while you’ve got the grill out, marinade a bunch of chicken breasts or thighs, and grill them up for future lunches and snacks. I love to do ths because it makes my week so much easier.

You can also freeze the grilled meat and use it later whenever you need to prepare a quick meal.
