Weekly Meny Plan - Chicken with Roasted Veggiesby Heather Robertson

For all the moms out there: Happy Mother’s day! Rest, you deserve it!

I interviewed an awesome cook this week. Her name is Kristi and she created and runs the excellent healthy cooking blog Mother Rimmy – Cooking Light, Done Right.

And while the interview will not be released for several weeks, I had to share some of her fantastic recipes! This week, I’m the most excited about trying the chicken-strips recipe I found on her site.

If you have any suggestions for your favorite recipes or healthy cooking blogs, please tell me about them in the comments section below!

Along with her hubby, Joel, they founded HalfSizeMe.com and the extremely popular Half Size Me Show podcast.
