Breakfast Meals

  • Hashbrowns
  • Whole-Wheat Sour Cream Pancakes (I will double or triple this recipe so we have leftovers.)
    • Whole-wheat, or 100-calorie hamburger buns
    • tomato
    • lettuce
    • light mayo
    • ketchup (The condiment of choice at my house! :)
  • Baked Butternut Squash Fries (I will follow the recipe, but use sweet potatoes instead of butternut squash. I’ll try the squash in the fall.)
    • Side Salad
    • Corn on the cob
    • Fruit Salad
    • whole-wheat tortilla
    • tomato
    • lettuce
    • light sour cream
    • fruit salad
    • Date-night dinner (We’re actually getting a night out! :) )
    • Leftover night
