These are the meals I’m making for the week. They’re intended to help give you some healthy ideas and alternatives, but only you know what’s best for your body and your own weight loss requirements. If you’re currently on Weight Watchers PointsPlus® plan, or some other program, be sure to calculate your own points before trying any of the meals listed below.

Breakfast Meals

  • Leftover Ham and Cheese Fritas
  • Oatmeal:
    • ½ cup Fresh blueberries
    • 2 Tbsp sugar-free vanilla coffee cream (This is so good!)
  • Smoothie: Almost Heaven
    • fat-free milk
    • frozen banana
    • ¼ pack sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
    • 1 Tbsp peanut butter

Lunch Meals
