My Weight Watchers Weekly Menu: March 26 – April 1, 2012

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies with Chocolate Drizzle by megan.chromik - Creative Commons licenseby Heather Robertson

So I’m going through a chocolate and pumpkin phase.

Over the past several weeks I’ve posted several recipes involving chocolate and pumpkin, or, occasionally, just pumpkin. I must not realize that fall is over. 🙂

If you have any recipies or menu ideas leading up to Easter, please share it in the comments section below.

We busy mommas have to stick together and keep our menus interesting and family friendly so I always welcome input!

Have a great week!

  • Asian Lettuce Wraps  (These are great for date night! I use lean ground turkey, 7% fat or less, and I will cut the oil back to 2 tsp of EVOO)
  • Build your own haystack (The kiddos love to make these! I leave out the frito chips and replace them with black beans. Also , I use lean-ground beef or lean-ground turkey)
  • Pizza take-out night (my favorite!)
  • Leftover night (We have at least one “leftover night” every week to clear out the fridge and prevent wasting food.)
