    I listened to this at the gym this morning and wanted to thank you both for a great podcast. I wanted to thank Jesse for mentioning how being more active has helped her in the area of bladder control. I was just thinking about this yesterday. For me between years of carrying extra weight, having 4 children, going through menopause, and trying to drink plenty of water , bladder control is definitely an issue. I have been walking more in general plus going to the gym 3 times a week and have noticed a marked improvement in this area. I consider this a big NSV!
