Loved this podcast episode and Rose’s story… It made me reflect on the binge eating episodes I had after I lost all of my weight (didn’t binge when I was plus-sized). I haven’t binged in about a year and a half now… which I am thankful for because, unlike Rose, no part of me actually enjoyed it. But I can relate to much of what she had to say about her own story. For me, it was too much restriction, guilt, shame, and secrecy. It was a mindset that I grew up with and then had to learn how to break over the last few years. Thanks for these awesome podcasts.
