In this episode of Half Size Me, Heather talks to Ann about

  • how a kinder, gentler approach to weight loss helped her lose 105 pounds
  • why TOPS was the right solution for her
  • and much more!

About Ann:

You’ve heard the expression ‘If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.’ That’s what I did—tried again and again. It’s been a journey, but not one I traveled alone. I couldn’t be here without the love and support of my family, friends, and TOPS. They encouraged and celebrated each step along with me. I’ve battled excess weight all my life. This time, I set goals: not just an end goal weight but a monthly four-pound loss goal, a weekly goal not to have a gain, and a daily goal to just get through it.
