About Lucy: “Lucy Guillen is a very-happily-married, very-happily-childless, consultant, chef and entrepreneur. She grew up in Europe, was taught to cook by her grandmother (who believed using a recipe was the mark of someone who can’t cook!) and went to a fancy school where she learnt to make French cuisine.
Lucy grew up chubby and spent most of her adult life obese before discovering weight watchers, exercise and losing 75 lbs. She spent ten years as a vegetarian and three years as a vegan, when she discovered that she had a knack for making vegetarian and health-conscious meals that tasted, “just like real food.”
She is a Senior Consultant at a Global Management Consulting firm, and blogs at www.likerealfood.com.”
