I’m 41, single and for the first time in my life I love my job.  In fact, I love my life!   I’m learning to enjoy my journey while keeping my eyes on the maintenance prize.  

I went through a very dark time in my life while fighting an eating disorder.  It’s my sincerest hope that hearing my story will encourage, motivate and inspire others.  I conquered it and so can you!  Don’t let shame, guilt or fear hold you back any longer.  You’re worth the effort and you can be free!
