- and much more!
April Blackford is a 36 year old long time fitness enthusiast. She is a married mother of 3 and full time administrator and private coach for the on line nutrition forum, Eat To Perform.
She worked for 14 years as a paralegal but finally decided to pursue her true passion, and left the legal field to be fully dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.
Her personal work out preference centers primarily around body building but she has successfully coached individuals from all areas of fitness; swimmers, runners, Cross Fit enthusiasts, Olympic weight lifters and power lifters, to name a few.
April currently holds an ISSN nutrition certification and is continually reading and educating herself to maximize both her own personal knowledge and her ability to help others achieve their goals. (She’s also a wicked awesome scrabble player!)
