About Jennifer: “I am married and a happy mother of two active boys.

I have struggled with weight since my teens.  I’ve been on every diet known to man and came to the conclusion that eating healthy doesn’t mean deprivation and exercise doesn’t need to feel like punishment.

Getting healthy and staying healthy has been a journey of the body, mind, and soul.  I am 42 and probably healthier than I’ve ever been.  I’m now teaching Zumba three times a week and can’t wait for the challenges that lie ahead.”
