About Scott:I’m now entering my fourth decade in as a trainer and coach in the diet and fitness industry. During this time one thing I have noticed is that many of the reasons people do not achieve their goals has nothing to do with a diet or a training program. Frankly people just keep getting in their own way and sabotaging themselves. Over time, this led me to approach coaching much different than most people in the industry. That is, I coach people, not programs.

I’ve coined the term “The Triangle of Awareness.” The term refers to the coaching involved in addressing the physical, the mental, and the emotional sides of life circumstances and goal achievement. It’s a new direction in coaching.”
