“… It[‘]s been a long journey, but I’m in a much better place today. I still feel like I have a long way to go, but I don’t really see an end in sight anymore… I hope you can find encouragement in realizing you don’t have to have it all together to effect positive changes in your health and fitness.
I’ve accomplished many of my goals. I am healthy and fit, even if I don’t have visible abs and 10% body fat. I’ve learned that food is not the enemy and I am so much more focused today on making my fitness goals than on seeing a certain number on the scale. I have fallen in love with heavy lifting. I still have good days and bad ones, but this is a lifestyle I’m on, and I know I’ll keep pressing on.”
