Betty Lou’s Bio (from her About page): “In February of 2010 I started working out with a personal trainer at Anytime Fitness. Slowly the weight dropped until I was down 110 pounds and a size four. I still work out with my trainer three days a week but work out on the other four days on my own.

I make sure I take a minimum of 10,000 steps a day and push my self every day. I was Anytime fitness success story of the year in 2011 and have the joy of breaking the Guinness book of world records for holding the abdominal plank for at the time was longer than any one had done it in the entire world.

My record has since been beaten by a man from Illinois but I still hold it world wide for woman. I am very proud of that feat.
