    Heather, I really wanted to tell you that i am glad you are spending more time with the Heather weighs in portion of the podcast. I always enjoy your pod cast and interview but the Heather weighs in portion is always my fav. Your interviews are always great but I look forward to hearing you answer questions and just talking about some of the things going on with you. I listen weekly and look forward to the audio blogs as well. ( wish they were longer.) I still mention you regularly at my WW meetings. Keep up the Awesome job!!!!!!
