In this episode of The Half Size Me Show, Heather interviews Frances, a blogger who’s lost over 90 pounds!
Frances was overweight since childhood, but she learned to “accept” that this was just who she was.
However, after a gall bladder surgery led her to lose weight, she began to seek the approval of others.
She became obsessive and cranky, unable to accept her new, healthier body.
Her issues with her body image even led to the break-up of a wonderful relationship.
She would spend the next ten years on and off the “weight loss bandwagon”. That is, until she learned the secret to permanent weight loss… she had to forgive herself.
You can find out more about Frances at her blog, Carbie Girl.
In this episode, you’ll hear Frances and Heather talk about
— why Frances decided counting points, calories, and carbs wasn’t for her
— how she uses her job to get exercise
— how she removed toxic relationships and worked on herself to lose the weight
— and much more!
