In this episode of The Half Size Me Show, Heather interviews Grace, a health and fitness blogger who’d been “on a diet” since she was eight-years-old.
She weighed 290 pounds at her heaviest, but finally decided she’d had enough.
So, after being rejected for lap band weight loss surgery because she was too overweight(!), Grace decided to dedicate herself to diet and exercise.
She’s gone on to lose 115 pounds and is an avid runner and Crossfit member!
On her blog “From Fatty To,” she documents all the ways she’s changed since losing weight.
You can find out more about Grace at From Fatty to.
In this episode, you’ll hear Grace and Heather talk about
— why Grace wants plastic surgery to remove excessive skin
— why Grace joined Crossfit and how it’s transformed her body
— how important Grace’s Weight Watchers leader has been to her journey
— and much more!
