What a poignant story and yet no self pity. What a wonderful mom. Thank you for your podcasts. Makes one realize we, none of us, have the kind of life that makes losing and maintaining weight easy. But we are not in this alone. I am excitedly waiting for the follow up shows the past podcasts have alluded to. To hear of the ladies geting to goal will be wonderful. To hear of their journey is great now! Thanks again. I look so forward to Monday’s!! LOL Karen

Thanks so much Karen! I feel blessed to get to talk to all of these amazing and strong women. I think it would be a shame not to celebrate all that they have done becasue we can learn so much from them. Sarah is a true inspiration. I am excited to do a follow up interview series too. Take care and thank you for your comments!
