In this episode of The Half Size Me Podcast, it’s an emotional interview with Sarah, a 34-year-old mom and blogger who has lost over 115 pounds!
Having been over weight her whole life, Sarah began her journey to lose over 100 pounds in 2008. She did this by taking the first step. For her, it was Weight Watchers.
Now that she’s lost the weight, Sarah has completed two 5ks in the past year. In her own words, she’s “gone from being a complete couch potato to exercise 6 days a week.”
