In this episode of The Half Size Me Podcast, Heather interviews Tamara, who lost 90 pounds and is now trying to keep it off.
In addition to trying out new recipes or fitness DVDs, she’s studying to become an ACE-certified personal trainer.
You can find out more about Tamara at her site, TheStretchJeanIncident.com, the purpose of which she says is “to share what I eat and do for exercise on a semi-regular basis.
I lost 90 pounds between May 2007 and September 2009 and always tracked my food and activity along the way.
I feel it’s important to keep that habit going, as I head into weight maintenance.
I also like sharing my food and exercise habits with others so they can use such information and apply it to their own healthy pursuits”

Heather lost 170 pounds (108 of it since starting Weight Watchers) and she did it all over a span of 5 years. During that time, she had 3 children (all of them c-sections), developed two large hernias and underwent surgery, and battled a life-long addiction to food.
Since achieving her goal weight, Heather has made it her mission to help other women, especially moms, realize they’re worth it too.
So, join Heather every week for The Half Size Me Podcast where she shares useful, inspirational resources to help you during your own weight loss journey, and interviews women who’ve learned that weight loss isn’t just about losing pounds, it’s about finding yourself.
